Our mission<\/h2>\r\n

Since 2010, the Firme d’Experts en B\u00e2timents Sinistr\u00e9s (FEBS) has been dedicated to protecting the interests of building owners. Our mission is rooted in our family history, which began in 2001 when our founder, Gilles St-Yves, with 22 years of expertise<\/strong> in damaged buildings, identified a pressing need for building expertise services dedicated exclusively to owners and their representatives.<\/p>\n

Today, our team, with diverse and current experience, provides expertise and counter-expertise services of the highest quality. Our core mission is to support our clients and provide them with the necessary tools to achieve the best result in difficult situations such as claims or construction disputes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Gilles St-Yves obtains the title of Claims Adjuster limited to property evaluation, awarded by the Conseil des assurances de dommages and starts his career in the evaluation of building damage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Gilles St-Yves starts a post-disaster restoration business that he operated for 10 years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Return to estimate<\/h3>\r\n

S\u00e9bastien<\/h3>\r\n

Finally<\/h3>\r\n

This is the creation of the Firme d’Experts en B\u00e2timents Sinistr\u00e9s, which slowly succeeds its predecessor founded in 2001. This new entity expands its customer base by reaching out directly to building owners in addition to their representatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Driven by a renewed determination to grow the family business, S\u00e9bastien St-Yves returns. The original team<\/h2>\r\n

The original team is made up of two couples from two generations. Line Duchaine, Gilles’ spouse who has always worked in tandem with him, taking care of the administrative tasks of the companies, and Marilou Tessier, S\u00e9bastien’s wife, complete the team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
